Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/No-Show Policy I need at least 4-hour notice if you cannot make it to your appointment. If you do not contact me, you will be required to pay 50% of the missed appointment before you can schedule another appointment with me, also from there forward you will pay online when booking appointments. Late Policy 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes you will be marked as a No-Show. If you are going to be late you need to call and let me know to make sure there will still be time to efficiently complete your service.
